RENEW YOUR MEMBERSHIP here by COMPLETING THIS FORM! Active Member registration - opens May 6, 2024 thru June 2, 2024. Only current Guild members are invited to register. New Member Registration will open on June 3, 2024 and run through June 30, 2024. Each Grade level is limited to the first 50 members that sign up within those time frames. We will keep a wait list and notify if spots become open. No registration will be taken after June 30, 2024. As a reminder, all Belle classes are now limited to 50 Belles. All current Guild members are guaranteed a spot if registering with in the time frame provided. Current members will be allowed to register and any available spots per class will open to non-members on June 3, 2024. No current members will be guaranteed a spot after June 2, 2024. If registering after June 2, you will be given a place on a first registered, first served basis. No exceptions will be made.

Midland Symphony Guild Member and Belle Contract We understand that 1) each Member of the MSG must remain an Active Member throughout the Belle’s participation in the Belle program; 2) that each Belle is committed to 15 service credits during her tenure in the program; 3) and that all Belle service credits, MSG Member’s attendance, committee assignments and Gala placements, and financial obligations must be CURRENT and UP-TO-DATE to be eligible for Membership, Gala Presentation/Introduction, and Belle Ball. Members/Belles that do not meet the requirements will be placed on RESTRICTED STATUS and or REMOVED from the Guild. Removed Members/Belles will be prohibited participation in future Belle Ball guest admissions and future Guild membership.

Active members are those members who have completed all Member-in-Training requirements and have been admitted to Active membership upon approval of the Board of Directors, or who have returned to Active status from Patron membership. Active members shall comply with all requirements of good standing.

To be in good standing, a Guild member must comply with all of the following requirements of Active membership:

Attend at least three General meetings.
Pay all Guild financial obligations by June 2nd for no late fees.
Serve on one Standing Committee.
Assist with all fundraising projects of the Guild, as requested.
Donate $100 to WTS
One adult renewal membership with a daughter to be a Belle is $450.

Please note that due to an increase in participation and desire to join the Guild, the organization has had to place a membership limit of 50 Belles per grad level.
